CORPORATE TAX SOLICITOR - 2+ PQE - LONDON
This leading team advises on all aspects of taxation that affect UK and global, public and private corporations and their shareholders. The team now requires an additional Corporate Tax Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. The work covers but is not limited to transactional advice and planning on acquisitions, disposals and mergers of companies and businesses; structuring and implementation of corporate reorganisations, reconstructions and demergers; general tax planning for companies and corporate groups; capital markets, including IPOs, secondary issues and pre-IPO restructuring; corporate recovery; and advice on the tax aspects of commercial projects and arrangements, including: private finance initiative projects; corporate and other joint venture arrangements such as limited liability partnerships and development and energy projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent academics and experience gained from another leading City practice.
