THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a leading independent provider of trust and fiduciary services, supporting high-net-worth individuals, corporations and intermediaries, operating in more than 30 jurisdictions globally.

THE ROLE

•This is a new position and will be based in London as part of the business generation team.

•You will be primarily responsible for developing business predominantly for the global Private Client business and as such experience or an understanding of estate planning and tax planning would be advantageous.

•This role offers a supportive and commercial environment with the opportunity for regular travel and collaboration with overseas business generation teams.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal applicant will ideally:

•Be a qualified accountant or lawyer with at least five years high calibre private client experience. More junior applicants with good experience and commercial focus will also be considered.

*Have sound technical skills in relation to company and trust law and commercial matters with a focus on structuring of offshore vehicles

•Have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.

•Have a strong referrer network and experience in Business Development.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercial lawyer/accountant to step away from a pure fee earning role and to use their expertise and network in a more commercial environment.
