Rise Digital, based in North London, is the culmination of over 6 years experience in Digital Marketing and is the Search Marketing division of Totally Communications.
Established in 2002 Totally Communications is both a digital marketing and a software development company. We offer a wide range of online-centric services, grouped around 3 key areas:
Website and Software Development (Totally Communications)
Consultancy & Systems Integration (Totally Consultancy)

We are looking for a passionate up and coming SEO guru to be at the forefront of our ambitious growth plans. This is more than your standard role so if you are content spending your days going through the motions, watching the clock, then look away now.
Job Description:
Day to day tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
Campaign Management of a plethora of SEO clients – today we formulated strategy for a rapidly expanding hypnotherapy business with a six figure spend and then moved on to one of the UKs leading Mobile Gambling companies…you will need to be creative, smart thinking and enjoy a challenge
Pitch & New Business Acquisition – You are passionate about the Web and SEO in particular and prospects will be dazzled by your knowledge. We are not going to hide you away.
Role in SEO technology development – We have a bunch of talented (in house) software developers and they need your help in the development of sophisticated technology that will add value to our clients and give us the edge over our competitors.
Business Development – You’ve already read about our aggressive growth plans and we have done pretty well to date. But your ideas on ways to grow the business further will be invaluable, which is why you will report to a Director of the business.
Reward – Not just satisfaction of doing a great job. Your outstanding results will be generously rewarded with regular, performance related commissions .
Skills / Experience:
Candidates will be looking to make the next big step in their career.
We don’t mind if you’ve been working as a Freelance, In-house or Agency SEO.
We don’t even mind if you haven’t had first hand experience in some of the areas we mention above. We are happy to invest time up-skilling the successful candidate in what ever areas possible.
As long as you do have experience implementing a number of (successful) SEO campaigns and are ready to embark on a new challenge we want to hear from you.
Experience and/or understanding most of the following would be useful but not essential:
• Search Engine SEO Guidelines and how to implement best practises
• Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
• Setting up and maintaining PPC campaigns
• Advanced Website Analytics including reporting and analysis
• Managing and implementing successful SEO campaigns
• Conversion Testing and Analysis
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Understanding of HTML and basic coding standards
• Up to date knowledge of Search Marketing industry news and trends
• SEO/PPC tools and how to maximise their potential
• Leveraging Social Media and Viral Marketing for SEO
• Ability to create basic Proposals, Strategy Documents, Website Reviews etc.
