Are you an SEO professional with SEO team leadership experience and excellent people management skills, looking for a challenging new role? Do you have experience of social media and web analytics? If so, read on.

Our client is a global online marketing company at a pivotal point in strategic growth. Their main focus is online marketing activities for their clients using the most advanced tools. Due to strategic growth, they are now looking to recruit an SEO Team Leader to join their team.

As a SEO Team Leader your focus will be on developing and improving the current SEO and link building strategy in order to generate sales and drive the business forwards.

In this role, you will be tasked with remotely managing teams of SEO executives from our client’s London office. In addition to reporting and giving feedback on their performance you will be responsible for strategy planning and management.

Your other duties will include: – Researching competitors and link analysis – Creating and managing online communities, forums and blogs relevant to our client’s needs – Building link strategies to promote international websites across the UK, US, Canada and Australia

To be considered for this position, you must have: – Experience of leading an SEO team – Knowledge of SEO techniques, HTML and CSS – Experience of social media, such as blogging, social bookmarking, social networks, and article writing – Experience of SEC tools and web analytics, such as Google Analytics

Additionally, as the SEO Team Leader you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word PowerPoint. You should also be capable delivering SEO solutions in a dynamic, fast paced online marketing environment. Strong leadership and excellent people management skills are key.

Whilst not essential, knowledge of web design, including a working knowledge of programmes such as Photoshop or Dreamweaver would be beneficial, as would any web development skills such as ASP .Net or MySQL.
