We are looking for a highly experienced web analytics manager to work for one of the most innovative and technical digital agencies in the world. You will be based in their London office and should be a real thought leader with the ability to help influence their growth as they expand their European operations. In this role you will be leading the analytics for EMEA and will develop strategic site optimisation plans for the agencies clients who are major house hold brands.
Your responsibilities will include helping to define key drivers as well as channel goals for end clients and deliver customised strategies based on analytics data. You will measure the success of sites and help identify potential new strategic goals based upon the data received. Through thorough analysis you will identify underperforming areas of sites and prepare plans to increase performance where necessary.
As part of your experience you should have good experience with A/B testing as well as MVT test scenarios and a strong understanding of success metrics. You will prepare monthly analysis reports for client sites and recommendations. The types of client sites you will work on are among the largest in the world and are with major brand names.
Successful applicants for this position will be degree educated, preferably with an MBA and be real number crunching mathematics types. You should have strong commercial web strategy and analytics experience and any exposure to agency side roles is beneficial. Its an advantage to have good attitudinal and behavioral data knowledge and an understanding of advanced conversion techniques.
Experience of managing teams within analytics and search is beneficial also as is experience of systems such as Omniture, WebTrends and of course Google Analytics. Other technologies of interest include Atlas, DoubleClick and social monitoring tools such as Visible Technologies, Nielsen BuzzMetrics and Radian6.
