Junior Stock Management Clerk

NEEDED NOW: Central London - Junior Stock Management Clerk - Established multichannel retailer
Do you want to work in an exciting, fast-paced industry with a small, highly-motivated, young team in Central London with plenty of room to grow? We are a fashion retail business running reputed stores in Oxford Street and Knightsbridge, a luxury online retail site and multiple eBay stores. We are growing fast and need an analytical, mathematical and logical minded person to join our back office operations team.

Role
A bright junior inventory management clerk with a good understanding of technology and a passion to learn, join our team to further your skills and support our retail and online businesses.
Context
I Love Brands is an outlet retailer selling designer clothing and accessories at significant discounts to regular retail price. As a Junior Stock Management Coordinator you will learn the logistics behind running a successful retail business and be an important part of the stock management retail reporting process.
Key Responsibilities
You will be trained to perform these duties:
• Counting and checking stock levels in deliveries against what we expect to receive, and alerting the Team Lead to any differences
• Creating items in our Merchandise system and our Website Inventory system
• Barcoding all items received and separating stock into deliveries to the stores
• Performing stock level and sales analysis under the guidance of the Team Lead
• Researching product titles and RRP prices
• Organise distribution of stock between stores, warehouse, and online customers
• Assisting during photoshoots
• Uploading photos received from photographers to the correct items in the Website and eBay listing management system
Knowledge & Experience
If you have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn, we'll teach you the rest:
Essential
• Attention to detail (are you processing the correct product/size/colour?)
• Loves to research, analyse data and solve logical problems (what's selling/not selling?)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills (can you describe complex problems in one simple sentence?)
Desirable
• Experience in programming (HTML/Java/C++/Etc)
• Experience in graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge)
• Experience in video editing (iMovie, Final Cut)
Hours: 10am - 7pm
Salary: National Minimum Wage
