Permanent Entry Level Stock Management Co-ordinator

at I Love Brands in Central London

I Love Brands is an outlet retailer selling designer clothing and accessories at significant discounts to regular retail price. We are a small, highly-motivated, young team in Central London running reputed stores in Oxford Street and Knightsbridge, a luxury online retail site and multiple eBay stores.

As a Entry Level Stock Management Coordinator you will learn the logistics behind running a successful retail business and be an important part of the stock management retail reporting process.

• Plan and execute the receipt of stock from suppliers
• Organise distribution of stock between stores, warehouse, and online customers
• Analysis and reporting of sales & inventory
• Assisting during photoshoots
• Uploading photos received from photographers to the correct items in the Website and eBay listing management system
• Research and learn new skills
• Ensure quality of work meets guidelines

Requirements: Knowledge & Experience

Essential
• Strong experience of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and investigative ability.
• Effective team-working and communication skills.
• Experience of planning and organising your work.

Desirable
• Experience in programming (HTML/Java/C++/Etc)
• Experience in graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge)
• Experience in video editing (iMovie, Final Cut)


Hours: 10am - 7pm

Salary: National Minimum Wage
