This building services contracting business is well known in it's sector with a strong bias on mechanical from this location. They have been around over 50 years and have built a solid base including large corporation clients across all sectors.

The Role

This is a diverse role since the successful candidates will carry out building services design using Auto Cad and be involved in estimating of contracts. All work will be Mechanical across building services, ie Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Automatic Controls and Water Services.

The Person

A strong Mechanical background is required within building services, skills in Auto Cad or similar software together with a design background is essential. Any Estimating or Contracts Manager type would a bonus.
