A respected friendly family run company are now looking to expand their H&S team by appointing a health & safety consultant. In return the company will offer training and guidance in the art of H&S.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be to provide assistance to the H&S Manager in report writing, risk assessments and auditing whilst undertaking training in the view to becoming the main H&S person on site.

This vacancy is suitable for someone with a minimum of an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (ideally NEBOSH General Certificate) with a basic understanding of H&S. A full UK driving licence is essential as travel around the East Midlands to their other sites will be apart of the role.You must be confident in dealing with people at all levels from shop floor up to senior management and be very career minded.
