Permanent SAP HR Solutions Architect

at Elan IT in Central London

SAP HR Solutions Architect is urgently required for an innovative, specialist SAP HCM Consulting client. This growing company has developed an established relationship with SAP and has access to cutting edge technologies within the SAP field. We are looking for a commercially minded candidate who can potentially get involved in presales. The ideal candidate will be some one who has been in business and moved in to IT or visa versa and is looking to be involved in the functional aspects of the business.


 


    The role:


oDesign and Roadmap the SAP HR solution


oDeliver design and playback workshops and preparation of blueprint


oOversee delivery of all SAP HR modules


oHas the ability to Roadmap roll-out strategy


oQuality Assurance of SAP HR build


oManage near shore and Offshore Configuration Consultants and Developers


oExperience 4 years plus


oAbility to identify gaps within the SAP HR suite and assist with in-house product development


The candidate:


oStrong business acumen and lateral thinking


oGreat communication skills both written and oral


oGood Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills


oWilling to learn new skills and assist in the development of team.


oTeam Lead or Management experience


oFlexible attitude


Preference:


oUK national or resident
