Energy Services -- Technical Services Managerc£35-38,000 + car + bensWe are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager from the Energy sector who will provide the department with professional and technical issues, Carbon Trust survey work, tenant recharge calculations and Energy Performance Certificates. You must be able to provide a technical energy related support service to Account Managers within the Energy department.You MUST be able to do Energy Performance Certificates to Level 3 and 4, and ideally Level5. You must also be qualified to do Display Energy Certificates (DECs).You will need to have had Energy Management experience for 2years or more, with the relevant qualifications needed to carry out the listed works. Excel experience is essential.The main task of the job is to undertake all operational support matters, which include, but not limited to energy surveys, project management of installation and energy management works.
