Permanent Head of Digital Marketing

Job Description:

4MAT require a leading e-marketing professional who can actively promote the value of online marketing and to successfully devise and implement digital strategies to our large portfolio of recruitment industry clients.

The successful candidate will have had previous practical experience in implementing all types of online marketing (SEO, PPC, Social CRM, email, affiliate) but will also be experienced in the delivery of digital marketing analysis and strategies that evidence valuable return on investment to our clients’ marketing and business objectives.

Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Operations Director, the key accountabilities of the role will be to:

- Work with Account Directors to develop ROI focused online marketing strategies for clients which enhance brand presence and demonstrably generate brand advocacy amongst the target audience (candidates and clients).

- Implementation and project management of online marketing campaigns (incorporating digital PR, SEO, PPC, Social CRM, affiliate, e-mail) on behalf of clients.

- Assisting the sales team in preparing winning pitches to new and existing clients.

- Generating awareness amongst 4MAT’s existing clients in terms of the value and ROI of digital marketing, including but not limited to contributing to the company blog, client focused public speaking and creation of white papers and discussion documents.

- Engage suppliers and recruit staff to deliver best of breed content

- Manage and inspire the digital marketing team.

- Take ownership of the generation and implementation of online content driven strategies for 4MAT which demonstrably improve search engine results through optimisation management and syndication of press releases to boost online PR

- Be an active pursuant of the latest thinking in online communication channels

To achieve these objectives it is expected that head of Digital Marketing will be accomplished in creating positive working relationships with senior-level client contacts and 4MAT staff to inspire these contacts through their digital marketing insight.

Strong advocacy of the business benefits in having an online presence in the recruitment sector and how it’s competitiveness when compared with other marketing channels.

- Proven experience of devising client digital marketing strategies which incorporate SEO, PPC, email marketing and social CRM.

- Proven experience of implementing client digital marketing strategies.

- A strategist and creative thinker but also a ‘doer’.

- Profound knowledge of online marketing and branding theories

- Customer management and project management skills.

- Experience gained within an agency, in-house or PR environment.

- Strong leadership, social and interpersonal skills

- Commercial business understanding and acumen

- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of pricing metrics used within digital marketing

- Consultative style to service delivery demonstrating expectation setting and a results driven approach
