One of the UK’s leading Search agencies is currently looking for a new Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead their affiliate marketing team and expand services to all clients in the agency network.
Job Description:
The role would suit a proactive and dedicated individual who has a minimum 3 years client facing and agency experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and managing all client affiliate activities
• Responsible for the development of affiliate marketing strategy
• Ensuring best practice affiliate marketing techniques are imposed at all times across client base
• Supporting the account managers in providing client consultancy on appropriate affiliate networks
• Managing the day to day maintenance of the affiliate marketing offering looking at account management techniques, reporting efficiency and strategies implementation
• Increasing awareness of affiliate marketing within the company through consistent training
• Providing senior management reports on the performance of the affiliate department and work closely with senior management to develop and progress the service area
Essential Skills:
• Over 3 years Affiliate Marketing experience
• Over 2 years Agency experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven experience of running affiliate marketing campaigns
• Able to delegate and work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent management skill
• Handling of multiple accounts
