Finance Assistant Solicitor B2B Sales - Financial Institutions

Our client is an international business to business UK quoted company focused on the international finance sector. The company has grown significantly to position itself as a leading company in its field of expertise and it is keen to expand further.
A vacancy has arisen within the firm's legal training division which has been providing short courses to the legal sector for many years. The courses are global with topics ranging from banking, finance and legal.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the P&L of the EMEA region as well as ensuring that the products on offer develop in line with market expectations. Key responsibilities will also involve dealing with sales contracts with in-house clients, leading a small logistics group and ensuring that the sales and marketing strategy is in line with company objectives.
Candidates likely to be qualified lawyers with experience of finance law which could be vanilla banking experience such as syndicated and bi-lateral lending agreements through to structured finance. Candidates will have experience of servicing the needs of banks and other financial institutions, as well as possessing strong commercial acumen and a desire to build a profitable business. Man management skills would be useful as the role will also involve developing other team members and leading a small team of logistics, sales and marketing people, but this is not a prerequisite.
On offer is a base salary along with profit share with excellent prospects to progress within this dynamic organization.
