Job Description:

Day to day tasks will include but not be limited to the following:

Campaign Management of a plethora of SEO clients – today we formulated strategy for a rapidly expanding hypnotherapy business with a six figure spend and then moved on to one of the UKs leading Mobile Gambling companies…you will need to be creative, smart thinking and enjoy a challenge

Pitch & New Business Acquisition – You are passionate about the Web and SEO in particular and prospects will be dazzled by your knowledge. We are not going to hide you away.

Role in SEO technology development – We have a bunch of talented (in house) software developers and they need your help in the development of sophisticated technology that will add value to our clients and give us the edge over our competitors.

Business Development – You’ve already read about our aggressive growth plans and we have done pretty well to date. But your ideas on ways to grow the business further will be invaluable, which is why you will report to a Director of the business.

Skills / Experience:

Candidates will be looking to make the next big step in their career.

We don’t mind if you’ve been working as a Freelance, In-house or Agency SEO.

We don’t even mind if you haven’t had first hand experience in some of the areas we mention above. We are happy to invest time up-skilling the successful candidate in what ever areas possible.

As long as you do have experience implementing a number of (successful) SEO campaigns and are ready to embark on a new challenge we want to hear from you.

Experience and/or understanding most of the following would be useful but not essential:

• Search Engine SEO Guidelines and how to implement best practises
• Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
• Setting up and maintaining PPC campaigns
• Advanced Website Analytics including reporting and analysis
• Managing and implementing successful SEO campaigns
• Conversion Testing and Analysis
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Understanding of HTML and basic coding standards
• Up to date knowledge of Search Marketing industry news and trends
• SEO/PPC tools and how to maximise their potential

Following successful project work, the Trust has agreed to the formation of a new Therapy Team to manage patients in the Specialist Medicine Division. The team will concentrate on patients with Haematological disorders including cancers. The in-patients are within a 31 bedded unit of which 14 beds are isolation cubicles.

The team consists of the following posts:
• 1.0 band 7 Occupational Therapist
• 1.0 band 6 Physiotherapist (part of respiratory rotation)
• 0.6 band 6 Speech and Language Therapist
• 1.0 band 3 Rehab Assistant

The team will be managed by a Head of Physiotherapy to help ensure the service as a whole is fully evaluated with each profession having support from the relevant clinical lead. We expect publications from this service particularly as it is so innovative.

The main aims of the team will be to:
• Reduce length of stay by maintaining optimum functional performance and fitness particularly during Bone Marrow Transplants and by tight discharge planning
• To minimise the impact of fatigue
• To reduce and manage and anxiety or depression
• Ensure patients have symptoms minimised or treated quickly – e.g. swallowing problems due to mouth ulceration
• Ensure patients are discharged to their preferred place
• To work with Specialist Medicine on the Improving Flow Project
• To increase expertise and input to other haematology patients
• To scope need of input for out-patients and set up relevant service

Band 6 Physiotherapist – 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a physio with experience in a wide range of junior rotations with a particular interest in respiratory care so we are inviting applications from HPC-registered physiotherapists with critical care and chronic respiratory experience.

The in-patient respiratory team is facilitated by 3 Clinical Lead Physiotherapists. You will receive a very high standard of training and gain a wealth of experience. For example, there are 10 Level 3 Neuro and Surgical beds, 6 Level 3 medical beds and 15 Liver critical care beds with a total of 38 Level 2 beds throughout the hospital.

The rotations last 7 months and are in the following areas:
• Cardio-thoracics and cardiac rehab
• Medicine and NIV
• Cystic Fibrosis
• Liver and Renal
• Pulmonary and Renal Rehab
• Neuro-surgery

My clients are software house who are the creator of a high performance valuation, risk management and control product. The company’s software has helped transform the way Banks, Hedge Funds, Brokers, Central Clearing Counterparties and Stock Exchanges in many countries, measure their risk and manage their capital.

They are looking for a senior Pre-sale risk management professionals/ consultant to come aboard and work with both locally and internationally organisations to develop an integrated, holistic approach to risk and control, helping them to benefit from their investments in internal controls. You will have the opportunity to travel to client sites, both locally and overseas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for client facing quant/ Pre sale individual with more than 5yrs experience within Market /Credit risk. You will need to come from a software house or an investment bank but most importantly have strong knowledge of traded limited management experience ( Limit side- dealt with counterparty risk , absolute value, risk appetite etc) a sound understanding of risk management. I stress the role is very client facing but also needs and individual who is an expert in Risk Market or Credit or both.

This is going to be a client facing role and therefore entail a large degree of client contact, and will involve working closely with the client project team in areas such as setup of market data (including zero curves, probability curves, correlation matrices, dividend curves, etc.)

The ideal candidate should have a min of 6yrs experience in Market/Credit risk and be able to support and conduct pre-sales presentations and workshops for prospects and clients. Hands-on knowledge about industry-standard methodologies and tools is important to this role (e.g. bootstrapping algorithms, trade capture systems, Black-Scholes model, Monte Carlo simulation, VAR, PFE, CVA, IRC etc.). Strong technical skills are a plus, and although no programming knowledge is required, the candidate must be technically self-sufficient.

Be a Pre-sales consultant, Senior Business analyst/consultant for a vendor or an Investment back but with experience in Murex, Algo, Adaptiv, Calypso, Fincad, Summit, Bloomberg, etc
Enterprise level redesign and build of Credit Risk operating model.
Logical separation of group data to N-Share and R-Share system stacks.

Formulation and presentation of solutions to senior management.

Identification and management of project dependencies and risks; proposal of mitigating actions.

Inter-project co-ordination (Traded Credit Risk Mgmt, Collateral, Front Office, ALM, Operations, Finance, Basel II).

Adaptiv Clone Project business SPOC for Trading Credit Risk Management and Risk Information Services project stakeholders.

Ratification and reconciliation of credit risk business data sets (market data, pricing, trades, limits, customers – exposures).

Implementation of Murex Enigma (Mx3.1) real-time trading and EOD batch file interfaces with Adaptiv Credit Risk (PID, functional requirements, data migration, implementation and test execution).

Hands-on participation in Murex Enigma (Mx3.1) STFAT, UAT and go-live dress rehearsal phases.

As this is a senior role the salary begin at 80K and depending on your experience and knowledge it can be moved up to 100K + depending on the candidates experience.
