The Background

A leading charitable organisation is searching for an experienced HR professional to provide a true generalist HR service. The organisation is currently evolving to keep up with the current climate and is seeking an ambitious, confident professional with a strong focus on employee relations.

The Responsibilities

The organisation is offering the opportunity to join a large HR team where you’ll be supporting 1200 employees nationwide. You’ll be focused primarily on developing and delivering a variety of HR disciplines for the organisation; whilst applying your specialist HR knowledge on a day-to-day basis. You’ll also be an integral asset in helping the organisation meet their business and development objectives. You should be prepared to travel once or twice a week providing support to different UK regions, acting as their own internal resource.

The Professional

You’ll need to be willing to travel across the UK. CIPD qualification of at least graduate level is essential. You must have the skills in all areas of generalist HR, particularly employee relations. You’ll be comfortable and experienced working both in a team and alone.
